Jeffery P. Vaughan

Jeffery P. Vaughan is the founder, President, and CEO of KVK Precision Specialties, a machining and fabrication company he established in 1977. Growing up in the Shenandoah Valley, he developed an early interest in metalworking and began working in machine shops as a teenager. He earned an associate's degree in mechanical engineering from a local community college. His company, KVK Precision, is located in Shenandoah, Virginia, and is a major employer in the region. In addition to his business career, Vaughan serves as the District 5 Supervisor on the Page County Board of Supervisors.
