Jennifer P. Naperala

Jennifer P. Naperala was born in Washington, D.C., to a working-class family. She moved to Chesapeake in the late 1990s. Naperala earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Maryland at College Park and a Master of Science in Education from Old Dominion University. She has been a teacher with Chesapeake Public Schools since 2000. Naperala is also active in the community, serving on the executive boards of the Chesapeake Education Association and the Chesapeake NAACP. She has three children, all of whom are graduates of Chesapeake Public Schools.
