Jenny P. Wilson

Jenny Wilson has been a resident of Buchanan, Virginia, since 2007. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Mississippi in 1999 and a Master's in Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee in 2002. For over two decades, she has worked as a licensed physical therapist in the Roanoke Valley and is currently employed full-time with Amedisys Home Health, serving families within Botetourt County. Before her election to the school board, Wilson served for three years on the Buchanan Elementary School PTA's executive board, including two years as president. Her community involvement also includes volunteering with Buchanan Presbyterian Church, the Buchanan Theatre, and other local organizations. On the school board, she serves on the Virginia School Board Association Federal Relations Committee and is the vice chair of the Jackson River Governor's School Board, among other committee roles.
