Jessica Ramakis was elected to the Town Council in November 2023. She has over 20 years of experience as a civil servant in education policy. Before her election, she served on the Vienna Planning Commission from 2021-2023. She holds a bachelor's degree in political science and a Master of Public Policy from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She moved to Vienna in 2010.
