Jillian Marie Duclos

Jillian Duclos is a business leader and community advocate. She previously served as the Executive Director of the Downtown Northampton Association. Born and raised in Holyoke, she began her career in Northampton at Sylvester's Restaurant. Duclos attended Holyoke Community College and later graduated from Mount Holyoke College as a Frances Perkins Scholar with a degree in politics. Her political experience includes working on campaigns for former Holyoke Mayor Alex Morse and former State Representative Aaron Vega, serving as Vice Chair of the Holyoke Democratic Committee, and interning for U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren. She co-created The Sphere, a venture that secured a $200,000 grant for female and nonbinary entrepreneurs. She is a single mother to a four-year-old child.
