John M. McNeil, Jr. is the Deputy Commonwealth's Attorney for the City of Roanoke, a position he has held for three years. He has been with the city's Commonwealth's Attorney's office since 2000. In addition to his 25 years of experience as a prosecutor, McNeil served as an Army JAG officer, which included a deployment to Baghdad from 2005 to 2006.
