Jon D. Russell

Jon D. Russell has been a member of the Culpeper Town Council since 2014. He is the CEO of Identity Culpeper and the owner of Kelly Street Boxing Club. His professional background includes roles such as Director of Network Engagement for School Boards for Academic Excellence, Chief of Staff for Spotsylvania County Public Schools, and Senior Advisor for the Virginia Department of Education State Superintendent. Russell holds a Bachelor of Science in Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness from Thomas Edison State University and is a graduate of the Sorenson Institute at the University of Virginia.
