Jose M. Delgado is a public affairs professional with over 15 years of experience in government, non-profit, and the private sector. A lifelong Springfield resident and a product of its public school system, he is a first-generation college graduate from Westfield State University and holds an MBA from UMass Amherst. His career began in public service as an Americorps VISTA volunteer. He has served as a Mayoral Aide to Domenic Sarno, Director of Government Affairs at MGM Springfield, and Deputy Chief of Staff for Access & Opportunity for Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker. He currently works at the Executive Office of Public Safety & Security under the Healey Administration.
