Joseph D. Perry has served as Staunton's Chief Deputy Commonwealth's Attorney for over five years and previously served for two years as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney for the city. He has fifteen years of experience as a prosecutor in Virginia since graduating from William and Mary Law School in 2005. Throughout his career, he has handled some of the most serious cases, with a particular focus on prosecuting crimes committed against children and cases in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.
