Joseph Kibler is a conservative Christian, husband to his wife Charity, and homeschool father of three, living near Cheyenne, Wyoming. Born and raised in Southern California, he moved to Wyoming in 2020. He launched a website and marketing business in 2002 and has more than two decades of leadership experience, including nearly 20 years as a paid-call firefighter (15 as a company officer) and roles as facilities manager, operations director, chief operations officer, and CEO. He ran for governor in 2026 on a Faith, Family, Freedom, and the Future platform and stepped away from the race in April 2026.
