Kenneth R. Casner

Kenneth R. Casner is a third-generation Wyomingite born in Cheyenne who now lives in Elk Mountain. He is a military veteran with 27 years of service — 25 years in the Wyoming Army National Guard and three years in the active Army, including service in Vietnam — and has owned a small business, the Elk Mountain Trading Company and Crossing Cafe, since 1998. He has been involved in Wyoming politics for more than two decades, previously running for governor in 2002 and 2018, for U.S. Senate in 2020, and for the Wyoming House of Representatives in 2016.
