Josh Regan is a public school teacher with nearly two decades of experience, including 11 years in Stafford County. He holds two Master of Education degrees, one in Special Education from George Mason University and another in Educational Policy, Planning, and Leadership from the College of William and Mary. A resident of the Aquia district for 14 years, he is a parent of four children, two of whom are graduates of Stafford County Public Schools. Regan has also been a varsity basketball head coach for 10 years.
