Joshua G. Cole is the incumbent representing the 65th District in the Virginia House of Delegates, having been elected in 2023. He previously served from 2020 to 2021. Born in Washington, D.C., in 1990, he has worked for Richmond City Public Schools and Liberty University. He is a former pastor and the immediate past president of the Stafford County NAACP. Prior to his election, he served as chief of staff to Delegate Kelly Convirs-Fowler.
