Justin L. Pence is a candidate for Virginia House of Delegates District 33 in Edinburg, Virginia — 2025 General Election. Running as Republican.

Justin Pence was born and raised in Shenandoah County, where he graduated from Central High School in 1995. He grew up working on his family's farm and earned a bachelor's degree in Animal Science and Economics from Virginia Tech. For 15 years, he has been the Founding Partner & Chief Operating Officer of BluePoint, a national kiosk distributorship. He also runs a beef cattle and hay operation in Edinburg. Pence has held several leadership positions, including Chairman of the Shenandoah County Economic Development Council and State Director of the Virginia Farm Bureau Federation. He is also the President of the Woodstock River Bandits, a summer league baseball team. In 2016, he was named "Citizen of the Year" by the Shenandoah County Chamber of Commerce. He lives on his family farm near Edinburg with his wife and son.
