Kecia S. Evans

Kecia Evans is a longtime Virginia resident, military daughter, and mother of four. She holds degrees in criminal justice, cybersecurity, and national security law. Evans serves as a Planning Commissioner and has previously been involved with the Parks and Recreation commission, the Special Education Advisory Committee, and the Board of Zoning Appeals. She was a candidate for the House of Delegates in 2021.
