Lauren K. Mullen

Lauren Mullen is a lab director and assistant professor of nursing at James Madison University. She is a resident of Rockingham County for 20 years and previously worked as a teacher in Rockingham County Public Schools (RCPS). She has experience serving on various committees and boards, managing budgets, and shaping policies. Mullen dropped out of high school but later returned to earn her degree and subsequently received two degrees from James Madison University. She decided to run for public office to leverage her skills from nursing and administration for the benefit of the school district.
