Lindsey M. Dougherty

Lindsey Dougherty is a Senior Research Administrator at Virginia Commonwealth University. She previously worked in the Budget and Management Department for Chesterfield County. Dougherty earned a Master's in Public Administration from North Carolina State University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee. She has been a dedicated advocate for underserved youth in the juvenile justice system.
