Lisa Bowyer Rogers is a resident of Glasgow for over 35 years and is seeking a third term on the Town Council. She is a graduate of Rockbridge High School and Blue Ridge Community College. Rogers is retired but previously worked as a nurse in a cardiac department and in the office of the Rockbridge County commissioner of revenue. She is a volunteer with the Glasgow Rescue Squad and has past involvement with the Glasgow Volunteer Fire Department. She has been married for 47 years and has three adult daughters and five grandsons.
