Lori Hayes was first elected to the Spotsylvania Board of Supervisors for the Lee Hill District in 2021. A native of Michigan, she moved to Virginia in 1982 and returned to Spotsylvania in 2005. Hayes earned a bachelor's degree in Social Work from George Mason University. She is the owner of her family's small business, Calypso Kennels.
