Luke E. Torian is a candidate for Member, Virginia House of Delegates, District 24 in Dumfries, Virginia — 2025 General Election. Running as Democratic Party.

Luke E. Torian has served in the Virginia House of Delegates since 2010, currently representing the 24th district in Prince William County. He serves as the Chairman of the House Appropriations Committee. Torian was born in Roxboro, North Carolina, and has an extensive background in ministry, having served as Pastor of First Mount Zion Baptist Church in Dumfries from 1995 to 2024. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Winston-Salem State University, a Master of Divinity from the School of Theology at Virginia Union University, and a Doctor of Ministry from Howard University School of Divinity. He is involved in numerous community organizations, including Action in Community Through Service (ACTS) and is a founder of Virginians Organized for Interfaith Community Engagement (VOICE). He and his wife, Clarice, live in Woodbridge.
