Lynda S. Hartsell

Lynda S. Hartsell is an attorney with her own private practice, the Law Office of Lynda S. Hartsell, Esq., PLLC. An Oklahoma native, she has resided in Virginia for 19 years and has practiced law in Martinsville for six years. Her legal career began in the Martinsville Commonwealth's Attorney's Office before she moved to the Public Defender's Office. She has also served as an agency attorney for the Patrick County Department of Social Services and as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem. Hartsell graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law. She also serves as a special justice in the civil commitment court for mental health cases.
