Major Mike Webb is an alumnus of Washington & Lee University, holding a baccalaureate degree in public policy. He served in the U.S. Army from 1990 to 2010. Webb has been described as a 'litigation hobbyist' and was involved in a lawsuit challenging the Arlington Public Schools' response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This is his third time running for the School Board.
