Marcus A. Garcia

Marcus A. Garcia is a native of Colorado who retired from the U.S. Navy after 24 years of service. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs, an MBA from the University of Arkansas at Grantham, and a master's degree in national security and strategic studies from the U.S. Naval War College. He currently works as a utility project manager for an architecture and engineering firm and moved to Spotsylvania to be closer to his son.
