Marcus Simon is the incumbent delegate for Virginia's 13th House of Delegates district, serving since 2014. He is a lawyer and co-founder of Ekko Title, a real estate settlement company. Simon earned a bachelor's degree in journalism from New York University and a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law. He previously served in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps as a prosecutor. He lives in Falls Church with his wife and two children.
