Matthew J. Dale

Matthew J. Dale is the Planning Commissioner for District 3 in Rockingham County. He also serves as an Associate Director on the board of the Shenandoah Valley Soil and Water Conservation District, works as an adjunct professor in James Madison University's College of Business, and is the president of Dale Enterprises, a consulting firm that assists small businesses and nonprofits with government contracts and grants. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the Virginia Military Institute and a master's degree in organizational leadership from Eastern Mennonite University.
