Michael Feggans was raised in Virginia Beach and graduated from Tallwood High School. He is a 20-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Park University and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from Norfolk State University. After retiring from the military, he founded the tech company Outerbridge Technical Solutions. He was elected to represent the 97th district in 2023.
