Nancy Nash Bills serves as the Chief Judge of the Rockdale Superior Court, a position she's held since 2025. Appointed to the Superior Court in 2021 by Governor Kemp and re-elected in 2022, she previously served 16 years as a Rockdale State Court Judge, founding both DUI and Domestic Violence Courts, with the DUI Court being named a Model Court. Before her judgeships, she spent a decade in the Rockdale District Attorney's Office and five years in private practice. Bills graduated Cum Laude from the University of Georgia for both her undergraduate and law degrees. She is running for re-election in 2026 for the Georgia 4th Superior Court District Rockdale Circuit.
