Patricia E. Richie-Folks

Patricia (Pat) Richie-Folks is the incumbent Treasurer for the City of Manassas, first elected in a special election in November 2016. She holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration. Her professional background includes managing her own construction company, serving as a General Manager for Sodexho Corporation's laundry division, and working as the business development director for Asian Fortune Magazine. Prior to her election as Treasurer, she was a substitute teacher for Manassas City Public Schools and the Production Manager for the Manassas Ballet Company. She has served as Chair of the Manassas City Family Services Advisory Board and as a member of the Prince William County Regional Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Clubs. She and her husband, John, have four children and 12 grandchildren.
