Rashawn D. Cowles

Rashawn D. Cowles is a law enforcement professional with 22 years of experience with the Fredericksburg Police Department, where he currently serves as the Captain of the Detective Division. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Averett University and is pursuing a Master's in Public Administration at Liberty University. Cowles is also a graduate of the Professional Executives Leadership School at the University of Richmond. He is the President of the Greater Rappahannock NOBLE and co-chair of the Kappa Foundation of Fredericksburg.
