Rebecca Mann Rayborn has lived in Jamestown for 33 years. She graduated from Ragsdale High School in 1996, earned a BA from North Carolina State University in 2000, and an MA from the University of North Carolina Greensboro in 2008. She has worked with various nonprofit and advocacy organizations focused on underserved populations. Rayborn has served on the Jamestown Town Council since 2017 and is the current mayor pro tem. She is also the vice-chair of the Old Jamestown School Association board and a co-leader of a Girl Scout troop.
