Robert M. Tucker Jr. is a lifelong resident of Pittsylvania County and a graduate of Gretna High School. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Averett University. In addition to his role on the Board of Supervisors, he serves as the Senior Pastor of Sunflower Missionary Baptist Church and is the General Sales Manager at Berglund Auto Group in Lynchburg. He was appointed as the interim supervisor for the Banister District in November 2022.
