Roy James Baldwin was elected to the Vienna Town Council in November 2023. He has been a resident of Vienna since 1980. He is a practicing attorney and principal at The Baldwin Law Firm, LLC. His community involvement includes serving as Chairman of the Town's Board of Architectural Review, being a member of the Vienna Business Association, and involvement with the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) for Vienna Elementary School. He earned a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, and a Juris Doctorate from George Washington University Law School.
