She has been a local realtor for over a decade and was the CEO of Van Saun Financial until 2023. In 2020, she founded the Irvington Virginia Business Association (IVBA). Her father previously served on the town council. She ran for mayor of Irvington in 2024 and was later appointed to fill a vacant interim position on the Town Council.
