Sandra D. Allen

Sandra Allen was elected to the Town Council in November 2023. Born in Bolivia, she immigrated to the U.S. in her childhood and earned a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Marymount University. She previously worked in budgeting and finance for the Department of Defense. Her community service includes the Vienna Pedestrian Advisory Committee, the Hunter Mill District Budget Committee, and leading the PTA Minority Achievement Program at James Madison High School.
