Santos O. Munoz Melendez is a retired U.S. Air Force officer with 24 years of service. A native of Puerto Rico, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's in Labor Relations from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. Throughout his military career, he specialized in operations, training, and policy, managing large organizations and multi-billion dollar assets. He currently serves as the Chair of the Education Committee on the Governor of Virginia's Latino Advisory Board. He is a candidate for the Dulles District seat.
