Sanu Dieng-Cooper

Sanu Dieng-Cooper has a background in financial management and holds a degree in Finance and Banking from Hampton University. Before running for treasurer, she served as the executive director at Transitions Family Violence Services, where she managed multi-million dollar budgets and worked with federal, state, and municipal funding guidelines. She won the Democratic primary for the Newport News Treasurer position.
