Sarah Breedin Chase is the incumbent for the Falmouth District seat on the Stafford County School Board, having first been elected in 2017. She is a retired psychology professor with a Ph.D. in cognitive neuroscience from Rice University. She has taught at the University of Mary Washington and other institutions. A resident of Falmouth since 2001, her three children graduated from Stafford County Public Schools.
