Stanley Coffey is a lifelong resident of Buena Vista. He previously served on the city council for six years after being elected in 2016. He worked at the city's wastewater treatment plant for 16 years and also worked at the Lexington wastewater treatment plant. Coffey was an active member of the Buena Vista Rescue Squad for 25 years.
