Stephen 'Steve' Morris has been a resident of Concord for over 40 years. He graduated from A.L. Brown High School and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from UNC Charlotte. He served for 12 years on the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners, with 10 of those years as chairman. During his tenure, he was involved in projects that included the construction of 10 new schools and securing significant capital investment for the county. He has also been active on numerous local boards and commissions.
