Steven K. Hill is a lifelong resident of Bedford County and a graduate of Bedford County Schools. He graduated from Liberty University in 2008. Hill has 10 years of experience running a Ready Mix Concrete operation in Lynchburg and seven years of experience owning a residential real estate development company. He and his wife, Julie, have three children, two of whom attend New London Academy. He was appointed to the District 3 board seat on January 29, 2025.
