Tamara L. Stuart

Tamara Stuart has 25 years of experience managing programs, teams, and budgets for the Department of the Treasury, the Department of Defense, and the national security community. She holds degrees in Economics and Government from the College of William & Mary, a Master's Certificate in Technology and Innovation from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business, and has completed master's level coursework in financial planning at Boston University. She has also worked as a substitute teacher in Fredericksburg City Schools.
