Tammy Entsminger Shepherd

Tammy Entsminger Shepherd is a lifelong resident of Vinton and a graduate of William Byrd High School. She attended Virginia Western Community College and has worked in real estate for over 35 years, holding both a Virginia Real Estate Broker License and a Salesperson License. In 2017, she founded Shepherd Realty Group, where she serves as the broker and owner. Prior to her current role, she was appointed to the Roanoke County Board of Equalization in 2022. She has also been active in the community, serving as president of the William Byrd Football Booster Club and treasurer of the William Byrd Booster Club. In January 2024, she was appointed to the Board of Supervisors to fill the vacant Vinton Magisterial District seat.
