Terry Gene Kilgore

Terry Kilgore has been a member of the Virginia House of Delegates since 1994. He was born in Kingsport, Tennessee, on August 23, 1961. Kilgore earned a B.A. from the University of Virginia's College at Wise and a J.D. from the College of William & Mary's School of Law. His professional experience includes working as an attorney in his own law office and at the firm Wolfe & Farmer. He has also been an adjunct faculty member at the Marshall-Wythe School of Law. He resides in Gate City, Virginia, with his wife, Debbie, with whom he has two children.
