Tiffany Boyle

Tiffany Boyle has served as the Commissioner of Revenue for Newport News since January 1, 2018, and was the first African American woman elected to the role in the city's history. She has been a resident of Newport News for over two decades. Her educational background includes an Associate's Degree from Thomas Nelson Community College, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Virginia Wesleyan College, and a Master's Degree in Management from the University of Maryland University College. She also holds a Financial Management Certificate from Cornell University and has completed the Senior Executives in State and Local Government program at Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education. In addition to her public service, Boyle is the CEO of Emerge Initiatives, LLC, a business resource platform.
