Tiffany Buckner

Tiffany Buckner is the incumbent Commonwealth's Attorney for the City of Petersburg. She was appointed as the interim Commonwealth's Attorney in July 2020 and ran unopposed to win the position later that year. Buckner earned her bachelor's degree from Virginia State University and her law degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law. Her previous roles include serving as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney for the city of Danville in 2010, and later as both Senior Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney and Deputy Commonwealth's Attorney for Petersburg.
