Tom Jarboe is a Republican candidate running for St. Mary's County Commissioner President in 2026. A lifelong St. Mary's resident, he brings extensive public service and business experience to his campaign. Jarboe previously advocated for residents as the District 1 County Commissioner. He is a United States Coast Guard veteran who served as a Navigator and Shipboard Intelligence Officer. After his military service, he earned a master's degree in international business from the University of Maryland and successfully founded Technology Security Associates. Jarboe also founded Leadership Southern Maryland and served on the local Chamber of Commerce.
