Vince M. Rozier, Jr. is the incumbent judge for Judicial District 10B of the North Carolina 3rd Superior Court Division. His current term is set to end on December 31, 2026. He was first appointed as a District Court judge in 2006 by Governor Mike Easley. He later served as an Ombudsman to the State Bureau of Investigation for the North Carolina Department of Justice in 2011 before being reappointed to the District Court bench. He has been a Superior Court Judge since 2017. Rozier earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1998 and his J.D. from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2001. Prior to his judicial career, he worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Wake County.
