W. Chris Herndon

W. Chris Herndon is a lifelong resident of Orange County, born on May 16, 1986. He graduated from Orange County High School (OCHS) in 2004 and earned a bachelor's degree in Business Consumer Studies from Virginia Tech in 2008. After college, he worked at his family's business, Herndon Chevrolet, before purchasing Orange Tire, Inc. with his brother in 2013, which they have since grown. His parents were also OCHS graduates, and his mother was a teacher in the county for over 30 years. Herndon and his wife, Beth, have three sons who attend local public schools. He is actively involved in the community, volunteering as a coach for youth football and basketball, managing soccer teams, and supporting 4-H activities.
