Wallace W. Chadwick III is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, where he served from 1995 to 1999. He has over two decades of experience with the Chesapeake Police Department, which he joined in 2000. His roles have included gang suppression detective, law enforcement instructor, and special operations commander. He holds a degree in Criminal Justice Administration. In 2009, Chadwick founded Law Enforcement United, a national nonprofit organization that supports the families of fallen officers and has raised over $11 million.
