Whitney L. Pence was born and raised in Broadway, Virginia, and moved to Woodstock 14 years ago. She is a graduate of Broadway High School and completed a Surgical Technologist program. For over twenty years, she has worked as a surgical assistant. She is the parent of a student at W. W. Robinson Elementary and a 2024 graduate of Central High School.
